My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was good for our purposes but being close to the smokers' corner affected my sleep quality. The service was amazing, but the room was noisy due to poor insulation. The dining was just enough with some room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room was as big as a dog box and connected to another room, resulting in noise disturbances. It also lacked insulation and smelt a little smokey, which was not ideal, especially with kids. The absence of phones made communication challenging.
Service
8.0
The service was amazing and understanding. The staff were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. However, there were some rude interactions with J -- n, which took away from the overall experience.
Location
6.0
The location was good for our purposes but being close to the smokers' corner affected my sleep quality. It was convenient for work in the Penrith area but lacked proper lighting and was noisy due to proximity to other guests.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was just enough. Although there was a nice bonus of sushi, the offerings were limited with only a packet of cereal and long life milk in the room.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were adequate, but the overall experience was impacted by the noise and lack of insulation in the room. The value for money could be improved.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay! The hotel had incredible furnishings, and the bedding was superior. They were very attentive to our needs, and the food was unbelievably awesome. The kitchen suite was a real treat, and everything was spotlessly clean and tidy.

The rooms had a slight issue with a stale cigarette smell but came with nice touches like tea & coffee facilities and complimentary water bottles. The service was exceptional and accommodating, swiftly addressing any concerns. Dining options were scarce, with just cereal and long-life milk provided.
